Applied Anatomy for Pilates Instructors (AW26)

This program is designed to help you advance from foundational anatomical language and tissues into key movement systems, then explore regional anatomy and apply it through alignment, core integration, movement analysis, and safety-focused case studies. The program is reinforced with topic, lesson, and section quizzes, micro-labs, and culminates in a comprehensive final exam.

The anatomy material opens early so you can move through it gradually before the in-studio Reformer training begins. Lessons are released progressively to support steady weekly progress, give you time to absorb each part properly, and keep the learning aligned with the group’s progress and needs, with added focus or support where helpful.
